Job Title: Front of House

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a hospitality-focused service professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth restaurant operations through attentive service and teamwork.

JOB OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and seat guests with warm and professional hospitality
Serve food and beverages while maintaining service standards
Create a pleasant and comfortable dining atmosphere
Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries
Assist with special events and VIP reservations
Explain menu items and provide recommendations
Work closely with kitchen and service teams
Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns professionally
Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment

Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

REQUIREMENTS

【Must】

Education and Qualification
- Valid working visa in Japan
Skills
- Ability to provide polite, attentive, and professional customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic multitasking and time management skills
Language Skills
- Conversational level or above in English
Competencies
- Strong hospitality mindset and customer-focused attitude
- Reliability and punctuality

Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues

Attention to detail in daily operations

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

【Preferred】

Experience
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service roles
- Training or certifications related to hospitality, food service, or customer service
Education and Qualification
- Education or training in hospitality, tourism, or service-related fields
Skills
- Knowledge of food, beverages, or menu items
- Interest in wine or beverage service
Language Skills
- Conversational level or above in Japanese
Competencies
- Cultural awareness and comfort interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to remain calm and positive while handling multiple tasks

Employment Terms and Condition

Contract Period & Renewal

Contract Period: 11/16/2026 - 3/31/2027
Contract renewal: Applicable
Reason of Renewal:
- Employee’s work performance and attitude.
- Company’s business demands.

Duty, Work Location & Scope of Changes

Duty: may be changed as determined by the company
Initial Work Location: one of the company’s properties in Niseko Area, Hokkaido
Scope of changes: company properties in Niseko Area, Rusutsu or Furano.
- Training may be conducted at other location.
- Employees may be required to work at different properties based on operational needs.
- The initial assignment will be determined by the company.

Commuting & Workplace policy

Private Vehicle Commuting: Not permitted
Measures to prevent passive smoking: indoor smoking prohibited

Working hours, Days off & Overtime

Working hours / Shift schedule: Up to 8 hours between 05:30 to 22:00
Days off: two days off per week (based on shift schedule)
Overtime: Yes
Monthly Average Overtime Hours: 10 hours per month
36-Article Agreement (overtime): Applicable (Due to seasonal factors and a high concentration of orders from general customers, periods of increased workload are expected)

Salary Package / Benefit

Salary: 1,550 yen / per hour
