DBB Deployment Business Analyst MtC

We are looking for a DBB Business Analyst – Market to Cash (MtC) to support the deployment of the global DBB design across Operating Companies (OpCos), ensure process conformance, and drive the successful adoption of the Market-to-Cash Global Template. In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert and key partner to OpCo stakeholders, supporting analysis, change management, and seamless execution of standardized MtC processes.

Your responsibilities would include:

• reviewing and validating deployment documentation (training materials, user guides, system specifications) to ensure accurate representation of the MtC process
• co-responsible for ensuring the implementation of the DBB Global Template, following the DBB transition approach and successful closing of gaps between “as-is” and “to-be” situation
• identification and analysis of business impacts of implementing the DBB Global Template
• supporting change management efforts and acting as a change agent throughout the transition.
• guiding OpCos through process and procedural changes required to adopt the standard solution
• providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology
• thoroughly perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing of the solution and associated procedures to confirm that the primary business requirements are met
• logging, tracking and resolving issues and risks across configuration, testing and training
• maintaining and updating process documentation (SOPs, process descriptions, Solution ID materials)
• supporting onboarding of new team members and ensuring proper handover to Business-as-Usual after the stabilisation phase
• contributing to project status reporting and overall deployment governance.

You are a good candidate if you:

• bring 3–5 years of experience in Market-to-Cash roles (preferably operational or functional)
• have good knowledge of Sales Order Management, Outbound Logistics, Pricing & Discounts, Order to Cash finance; exposure to MtC solutions (e.g. B2B and SFA platforms, SAP-SD, FSCM)
