Responsabilidades Especificas
Alimentar a estratégia regional com insights do mercado local
Experiencia requerida/área/ Required Experience/Area / Experiência/Área Exigida: Experiência sólida em marketing, preferencialmente em bens de consumo, saúde ou wellness, com atuação em ambientes matriciais e interação com times regionais e globais. Vivência comprovada em execução de estratégias de marca no mercado local, liderança de campanhas e iniciativas ponta a ponta e adaptação de estratégias globais para realidades locais. Experiência em gestão de performance comercial, incluindo responsabilidade por P&L, acompanhamento de indicadores de negócio e atuação integrada com áreas de Vendas e Trade Marketing. Desejável experiência em estratégias multicanal, incluindo varejo, e-commerce e mídia digital, bem como atuação em projetos de ativação de consumidores e relacionamento com profissionais de saúde.
