Participate in hands-on activities and cross-functional collaboration
Where You’ll Contribute :
Assist in preparing purchase orders for project materials and services.
Support team for evaluating suppliers based on project requirements.
Help obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Follow up with vendors to track delivery schedules aligned with project timelines.
Coordinate with project teams (engineering, site, project controller, etc.) to understand material needs.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor data.
Assist in monitoring inventory and ensuring availability of project materials.
Support contract documentation and compliance with project specifications.
Help resolve basic supply or delivery issues in coordination with the team.
Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and project budgets.
What You Bring :
Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environment, Health & Safety),
