To provide leadership and management to the Product Care & Artwork Mgmt team.
Responsible and accountable to enable geographical expansion by acting as the main interface to ComOps regions/markets regarding requests for launches and managing operational launch preparation of products from CSL Behring Bern and CSL Vifor portfolio.
In addition, co-ordination of activities and change controls for PPM, deregistration and non-routine lots of products manufactured in BRN & STG.
Drive improvements for processes to increase efficiency, faster service and lower costs.

Ensure compliant documentation and processes in terms of global and local SOPs and policies
Preparation, presentation and participation for / in audits from authorities
Support investigation and timely closure of deviations within the site supply chain
Reliability
Manage launches of existing products into new markets on time
Coordinate with team all activities around artwork creation and artwork changes to assure compliant products at anytime
Manage supply chain related change request (e.g. deregistration / non-routine lots, change of vendor specification...) at Site Bern and St. Gallen in cooperation with the local organizations
Single point of contact and coordination of Excipient Business (NFHU) to third parties
Coordinate in the shipment of samples for registration and test materials such as product and packaging samples to regulatory agencies, customers and other CSL organizations
When new or unusual tasks arise within (Site) Supply chain with unclear responsibility – demonstrate a can-do mentality by stepping in and taking ownership

Personnel management of employees including objective setting, personnel development, monitoring and tracking of work progress within area of responsibility, ensuring appropriate training status
Reporting to superior on regular basis about ongoing business. Inform and consult superior immediately in case of problems and/or decisions concerning other departments or other CSL Sites
Participate in required global, regional and local operational calls and meetings – ensure close collaboration and alignment with stakeholders
Drive the consolidation of multiple teams into a unified organization
Your Skills and Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field
Experience
5+ years' supply chain experience including managing people and/or projects within pharmaceutical or related industry
Certification in Purchasing management (ISM/CPM) and Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
Demonstrated success developing and meeting objectives in a team environment
Experience in materials management systems
Demonstrated leadership/mentoring skills
Fluent in English and German (written and verbally)
Excellent communication, planning and coordination skills
Proficiency in Artwork management and related processes
Solid GMP experience (3 – 5 years) in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry
