This role is responsible for the leading of the Korea Distribution Center at the Distribution and Research Center (DRC) to ensure fulfilment of all supply and orders to the Korea market. This includes the buildup of agile and resilient supply chain capabilities to meet business growth, identifying the proper technology and intelligence, developing sustainable and green operations, and ensuring the risk and compliance at DRC. It will also lead the DC team to be an accountable business partner to all internal and external stakeholders and ensure continuous improvement within the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy (Long-term value creation, capability building, and alignment with business growth)
Plan Korea DC network strategy and capability roadmap aligned with business growth
Drive transformational initiatives and DC innovation solutions to fulfill business requirements
Lead sustainability strategy execution aligned with the House’s net-zero ambition
Act as primary liaison for Global/Regional DC projects, ensuring alignment with Regional Supply Chain strategy, standards, and governance frameworks
Develop and govern DC cost optimization and efficiency roadmap
Lead and develop a high-performing DC organization (20+ HC) with strong succession pipeline to evolve into a future-fit organization structure and capability model
Act as the Control Tower for DC operations across all business divisions, ensuring alignment and decision-making effectiveness
Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with business divisions to anticipate and respond to business changes and demands
Serve as the key point of contact for Global, Regional, internal, and external stakeholders, including government authorities

Ensure end-to-end DC operational excellence across all business divisions
Maintain operational KPIs aligned with business service charter
Monitor DC processes to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous productivity improvement
Lead DC governance, including service charter management, risk management, H&S(safety) standards, security & sourcing compliance
Work with Regional Supply Chain team to maintain proper flow of goods to the market and between other markets in Asia.
Drive system and process optimization, upgrades, and standardization
Ensure local DC operations are harmonized with Regional guidelines
Lead vendor performance management and operational delivery
Team Structure & Reporting Line
Lead an integrated DC organization through 4–5 direct reports spanning divisional FWFJ, FBP, E-Logistics (E-comm), and Planning & Governance, with end-to-end accountability for a team of 20+ employees.
