

Secondment until end of 2026
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the People Change Team on a secondment until the end of 2026. Our People Change Partners work across Aviva to support and deliver specific pieces of people change activity so this is an interesting and varied role. They also support the implementation of People Function initiatives into the business, taking a One Aviva approach.
A bit about the job:
Working alongside our Heads of People, our People Directors, and our Business Leaders; you might be involved in a Transformation programme, or helping to design the people plan to support a business strategy. You might be looking at the impacts of M&A activity including Org Design and TUPE or implementing change.
You’ll be part of our People Change Team, sometimes under pressure, but with a privileged view of the business. We look after each other, cover for each other, deliver great things and get to see the tangible results of our work.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
HR knowledge and awareness of the activities across the People function, particularly in Organisation Design, Culture, Performance, Talent, Learning and Leadership.
Some experience of delivering Change is needed, preferably in People Change.
Self-motivated and able to work at pace and with energy and have an ability to work flexibly and adapt to ever changing demands.
Ability to challenge and positively influence others, at all levels and resilient to resistance from stakeholders.
Good business acumen, coupled with project management / facilitation skills. You will also need good organisation, prioritisation, and planning skills.
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
