JOB DESCRIPTION:
POSITION PURPOSE
Supports end-to-end delivery of assigned benefit programs, including design, implementation, communication, administration, and compliance. Works closely with senior team members and leadership to coordinate daily operations, conduct analysis, develop materials, and help deliver impactful, competitive and valued benefits.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Benefits Design, Administration, and Program Support. Supports the design, evaluation, implementation, communication, and ongoing administration of assigned benefit programs under the guidance of senior team members and the manager. Assists with research, benchmarking, issue tracking, documentation, employee communications, presentations, and the development of recommendations and supporting materials. Helps coordinate project activities and supports the implementation of plan or vendor changes. Also supports the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of health, wellbeing, and employee engagement programs, including content updates, event coordination, and other activities that strengthen program awareness, participation, and utilization across the enterprise.
Compliance and Governance Support. Assists with data gathering, documentation, audits, required notices, contract review support, and coordination of compliance-related activities associated with employee benefit plans and programs. Helps maintain files, track action items, monitor issues, and escalate complex legal, regulatory, or operational matters to senior team members or the manager.
Analysis, Reporting, and Vendor Coordination. Assists with cost and utilization analysis, metrics reporting, vendor issue tracking, meeting preparation, and follow-up on service or implementation items. Supports annual review activities, data validation, open enrollment readiness, and cross-functional coordination with internal partners, consultants, carriers, and vendors.

DIRECTION OF OTHERS
Provides coordination and day-to-day support to vendors, employees, contractors, and cross-functional partners as requested, but does not directly supervise employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field with at least 3 years of experience in benefits, wellbeing, total rewards, and/or related HR program support.
Working knowledge of employee benefit plans, wellbeing programs, employee engagement resources, or vendor-supported HR programs.
Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and present information to support management decision-making and project execution.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting, tracking, documentation, and presentations.
Strong project management, organization, and follow-through skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal partners, employees, consultants, and vendors.
Able to clearly and confidently present benefits and wellbeing materials to employee groups.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, support implementation activities, and appropriately escalate complex issues.
Professional certification such as CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP, or related coursework is preferred but not required.
PAY RANGE:
$69,840.00 - $104,760.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
