Who You Are
How You’ll Make an Impact
Report to the Claims Supervisor.
Settle litigated injury/liability claims in a fair and timely manner.
Investigate, evaluate and negotiate bodily injury claims with plaintiff counsel or through defense counsel to equitably settle claims.
Adhere to company Bodily Injury Guidelines.
Assess information and case law to form arguments to defend liability position.
Foster strong working relationships within the Claims Department, other business units and industry partners.
