The Pharmacist Supervisor will be responsible for helping maintain the technical staff, including scheduling, supervising their training, initiating disciplinary actions, and evaluating their performance. Other responsibilities include data collection as necessary for departmental performance improvement activities, help manage the automated dispensing system, help ensure compliance with sterile and non-sterile compounding, and liaison between the technical and professional staff in the pharmacy. The Pharmacist Supervisor will also function as a staff pharmacist.
