You provide support and help our customer management teams with Sales Administration. You use strong knowledge of Tiger policies, processes and capabilities to ensure that Sales Administration are always in order and in line with all Tiger Internal Controls (Policies & SOPs). You understand the categories and their respective customer dealings and operations to enable quick response and proactiveness to the category and customer daily needs.
You are responsible to issue reference numbers for Trade Management claims for Independent Customers and offer approvals
Management of All Trade Marketing and Tally Trackers
Loading of deals on deal sheet, check pricing mandates and update deal sheet
Management of pricing - Load pricing on Customer portals
Order management such as pricing queries
Manage pricing increase documents for each Customer
Load new products in Customer documents and systems
Issue reference numbers for claims
Check recons against Shared Services documents
Check claims, get sign-off and send to Shared Services for processing
Run reports and reviews from MicroStrategy
Pull data from Customer portals for Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Dis-Chem, UMS, Shield, IBC, etc.
Book travels for the sales Team
Qualification & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Strong Financial Acumen & Relationship Building
Over 3 years' experience of administrative work within a Sales function
Experience of shared service working would be beneficial
