Summary
Senior associate providing 1st‑shift L2/L3 application support for business platforms. Focuses on incident resolution, functional troubleshooting, and smooth handoffs between shifts.
Responsibilities
•Resolve application incidents and service requests
• Perform functional and technical triage
• Support access, configuration, and data issues
• Validate data using SQL or reports
• Support SaaS platform issues and vendor escalations
• Assist with releases and off‑hours changes
• Document fixes and update knowledge base
• Provide clear handoff to 2nd shift
Skills
✓ Application support experience (L2/L3)
✓ SaaS platforms (HR / Finance / CRM / Marketing)
✓ SQL querying and data validation
✓ Understanding of integrations and batch processes
✓ ServiceNow ticket handling
Nice to Have
○ Adobe AEM functional exposure
○ Compliance or finance application experience
