

Regional Vice President – Midwest: Heritage Landscape Supply Group
Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a strategic, operationally focused leader to serve as Regional Vice President – Midwest. This executive-level role is responsible for leading and growing a multi-location region while driving operational excellence, team development, customer partnership, and financial performance across the Midwest market.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep operational and commercial experience in branch-based wholesale distribution (landscape supply experience a plus), or a related industry. This individual will partner closely with regional leadership teams to execute growth strategies, strengthen culture, improve operational performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Physical Requirements:
The Regional Vice President, Operations role is remote office-based and requires standard physical activities typical of corporate executive positions. Additionally, the position involves periodically moving throughout the region in assigned branches to attend meetings or collaborating with team members. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for successful interaction with colleagues and stakeholders. Frequent travel (50%-75%+) is necessary to various locations within the designated region, and to our Field Support Center, McKinney, TX.
