

About the Role
Lead, coach, and manage the Telesales team to achieve sales targets, ensure process excellence, and drive continuous performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Manage daily sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.
Conduct daily huddles to review progress, share best practices, and close performance gaps.
Maintain conversion rates above industry and internal benchmarks.
Review daily sales activities to identify coaching needs and provide direction.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all sales reports and productivity data.
People and Process Management
Provide leadership, guidance, and career mentoring to Telesales Executives.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Motivate and drive the team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Business Development
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telesales or sales team management.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills.
