As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain cloud-native platforms and automation frameworks across AWS and Azure environments.
Design and implement serverless and event-driven architectures using cloud-native services.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management solutions.
Build and support CI/CD pipelines for platform, application, and automation deployments.
Develop automation solutions using Python, Shell Scripting, APIs, and cloud services.
Manage platform operations, system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability initiatives.
Evaluate business problems, create proof-of-concepts, recommend technical solutions, and drive implementation through production deployment.
Design and implement AI-enabled automation solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, cloud AI services, and intelligent workflows.
Implement logging, monitoring, observability, and operational reporting solutions.
Support cloud governance, security, performance optimization, and cost optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable and reliable platform solutions.

Mandatory skill sets:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Splunk.
Strong experience in Splunk data onboarding and data integration.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Splunk ITSI.
Strong understanding of Splunk architecture, indexing, forwarders, search heads, and deployment management.
Experience creating:
Correlation searches
KPIs
Service analyzers
Notable event aggregations
ITSI dashboards and glass tables
Good understanding of SPL (Search Processing Language).
Experience troubleshooting Splunk ingestion and search-related issues.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred skill sets:
Good to Have
Hands-on experience in Python scripting.
Experience with automation and REST API integrations.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Splunk certifications are an added advantage.
