As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will develop and manage innovative Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions that drive actionable insights. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of Salesforce data models. This role offers the chance to enhance your technical knowledge and personal brand while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver quality analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage innovative Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce data models
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree in Technology preferred
Experience with Salesforce tools and integration patterns
Background in data visualization and storytelling
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows
Proficiency in creating complex SAQL/SQL queries
Familiarity with Salesforce data models, especially Financial Services Cloud
Ability to provide guidance on CRM Analytics tools
Staying updated with Salesforce CRM Analytics features
