Title: Supply Worker

Required Shift:

12 Hour Shift Rotation

D Shift

Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Job Purpose:

The Supply Worker is responsible for operating automated and/or manual manufacturing equipment used to produce sheeted gum following the established manufacturing procedures and prescribed formulas with exactness

What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements:

Must meet time in role (12+ months)
Must have approval from line manager to apply
Must currently be in good standing
High school diploma or GED
1 year of manufacturing experience
1 year Forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling and gripping
Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces
Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).
Ability to read, write and speak English

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
1 year of SAP and/or JDA Experience

What will be your Key Responsibilities?

This position is responsible delivering gum or supplies to the packaging department.
The Supply Worker provides machine operators and overwrap lines with materials such as gum, single stick paper, labels, hot and cold glue, etc.
The incumbent must create transfer orders and confirm materials in JDA.
The incumbent must materials in JDA and is responsible for resolving inventory discrepancies.
The incumbent must conduct daily inventory of materials.
The Supply Worker is responsible for transporting materials from one area to another by forklift.
The incumbent carefully stacks gum onto carts to ensure that the operators are always supplied with gum in good condition so that the wrapping machines can produce optimally.
The incumbent must be observant of gum quality to ensure contaminants do not enter the finished product.
