DTC business is growing fast after D2C biz launched in 2022. To support the biz with 200% growth, we need to build a professional team with progressive ability. D2C assistant manager will support D2C Lead, to do the replenishment for D2C warehouses, communicate with NPD coordinator to support new product launch in D2C, support on return onsite operation to provide premium service to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
1、D2C Warehouse Replenishment
Weekly replenishment for SH & BJ DTC warehouses
Weekly SLOB review and take actions with planning & demand team to handle the SLOB stock
Setup weekly meeting with planning team for regular stock checking
Work with demand team to check the sample and MKT Tool replenishment
2、D2C 3PL Operation Performance Control
Monitor 3PL operation performance with clear KPI setup
Continuous find opportunity to drive cost optimization with excellent services level
Organize regular quality review with 3PL
3、D2C Onsite Management
Understand D2C Biz Onsite Operation
Mange the return operation progress efficiency
Regular review with Tiktok DP for the return issues
4、 D2C NPD Coordinator
Work with planning team weekly checking NPD progress
Communicate with D2C service team to do the system setup for NPD
Work with demand team to check the new MKT Tool arrival date
Work with planning team & demand team to decide the launch and delist date
5、D2C System KU
Professional for OMS & WMS
Support onsite OMS WMS issue checking
Job Specifications/Qualifications
1、Education & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in supply chain management, business, finance, statistics, science and technology are preferred.
2、 Knowledge / Experience
Worked in the fast-moving consumer goods industry for more than 3 years
Familiar with ERP, OMS and WMS system operations
Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English is must
Good at problem solving
Nimble learning to catch up with the new business strategy
