■ 職務概要

シニアアナリストは、月次・四半期の財務報告、財務計画の実行、財務モデルの構築・評価を通じて、コマーシャル部門および各機能部門と連携しながら事業成長の加速を担います。 本ポジションは、各種プロジェクトにおける財務分析、財務計画、主要財務指標に関するタイムリーなマネジメントレポーティングおよびプレゼンテーションの提供を担います。

また、事業側からのコンプライアンス活動の支援も含まれます。

■主な責務

• 売上高、数量・ミックス、粗利益、販促金／マーケティング予算／一般管理費予算、利益、キャッシュフローといった主要財務指標に関する月次財務レポート、分析およびマネジメント向けプレゼンテーションを提供する。

• 各種プロジェクトにおいて財務モデリングおよびデータ分析を主導し、戦略的インサイトを提供し事業成長を支援する。

• 担当事業における財務計画プロセスを支援し、組織目標との整合性確保、予測精度の向上を担う。

• 部門費用および設備投資予算の管理（トラッキング、レポーティング、月次・四半期決算業務、月末・四半期末の財務数値の照合を含む）を行う。

• シナリオ分析およびリスク評価を主導し、市場動向を先取りしてパフォーマンスの最適化を図る。

• マーケティング、営業、オペレーション、経営層と部門横断的に連携し、財務データから実行可能なインサイトを導き出す。

• 効率性および精度向上のため、自動化レポーティングツールおよび分析プロセスの設計・高度化を推進する。

• SOXコンプライアンスチームとの連携を通して、担当事業領域におけるSOXコンプライアンス活動（プロセス文書化、テスト、内部統制フレームワーク管理を含む）に貢献する。

• リスクマネジメントおよびコンプライアンスチームとの連携を通して、エビデンス準備、マネジメント認証プロセス、コンプライアンスギャップへの対応支援、是正措置およびトレーニングなど、事業側からのリスク統制・モニタリング活動を支援する。

■ 応募資格

必須条件

• 財務、会計、経済学、経営学または関連分野の学士号

• FP&A（財務計画・分析）の実務経験（4～6年）

• 予算策定、予測、差異分析等の実務経験

• Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint 等）スキル（Power BI使用経験含む）

• 高い分析力および正確性

• 英語・日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力

• 複数業務を優先順位付けし遂行できる能力

• 部門横断的な連携・ステークホルダーマネジメント能力

What you will do

The Senior Analyst is responsible for accelerating business growth via providing monthly /quarterly financial reporting, financial planning execution, and development/assessment of financial models, partnering with commercial and various functions

The role is responsible for delivering financial analysis for various projects, financial planning, timely management reporting / presentation on key financial metrics. The role includes supporting compliance activities from business side.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly financial reports, analysis, and management presentations on key financial metrics, such as Sales, Volume & Mix, Gross Margin, Trade/Marketing/General Administration budget, Profit, and Cashflow..

• Lead financial modeling and data analysis for various projects to generate strategic insights and support business growth.

• Support the financial planning process in responsible business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, accuracy in forecasting, and management of department expense and capital budgeting processes including tracking, reporting, monthly and quarterly closing activities, and the reconciliation of month-end and quarter-close financials.

• Lead scenario analysis and risk assessment to anticipate market trends and optimize performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights.

• Design and enhance automated reporting tools and analytics processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

• Support SOX compliance activities in responsible business area, including process documentation, testing, and internal control framework management via partnering with SOX compliance group.

• Support risk control and monitoring activities from the business side, such as preparing evidence, management certification processes, providing guidance on compliance gaps, remediation actions, and training, via partnering with Risk Management and Compliance group.

• Actively participate organizational activities, foster desired culture in Kenvue within the team, such as OUT-SIDE IN, OWNER MINDSET, DARING SPIRIT.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business administration or a related field

• 4–6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis

• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI as user)

• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and financial reporting

• Excellent communication skills both English and Japanese, capable of presenting financial insights clearly, logically to management

• Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively and manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced-environment

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, collaborative team approach.

Desired Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CPA or equivalent certification (CFA, CMA etc.)

• Advanced Excel functions, financial modeling software, and Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau to create dashboard)

• Knowledge of SAP and financial systems

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex business problems using data

• Ability to build compelling data-driven narratives for decision-makers

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks

• Continuous learning mindset in analytics, finance, and business intelligence trends
