

This is a senior operational role within the Media, Art & Narrative Domain. You are the operational engine of the Impact Marketing Team. You are responsible for translating high-level initiative goals into actionable communications plans, coordinating the Project Management team, and ensuring world-class execution across all marketing channels. While the Head of Domain defines the strategic vision and creative commissioning, you own the workflows, briefs, and performance of the day-to-day marketing machine.

Act as the central point for KPI tracking, reporting, and budget transparency across all impact projects.
Systematize marketing processes (including JIRA adoption, AI-native workflows, and playbook creation).
Oversee performance metrics across the Distribution tier (paid media, Ad Network pipeline, localization).
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, studio management, or senior account strategy.
360° Campaign Planning & Strategy: Proven ability to design and orchestrate full-funnel, multi-channel marketing plans from initial brief to final execution. Ability to integrate channels into a cohesive campaign ecosystem.
Operational Excellence: Proven track record of bringing order to chaos by building processes, managing budgets, and overseeing complex project pipelines (JIRA mastery is a plus).
Diplomatic Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence without authority across dotted lines, including managing relationships with initiative-embedded marketing teams.
Performance Fluency: Deep understanding of above- and below-the-line marketing metrics and scalable distribution.
