Where You’ll Make a Difference

Ensure compliance with site and corporate Quality, Food Safety, EHS policies, and all applicable regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, cGMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, Sedex).
Develop and enforce SOPs and Work Instructions aligned with hazard controls, environmental aspects, and process safety practices.
Actively participate in EHS and Quality programs, including audits, hazard identification, emergency response, and risk-based activities.
Promote a strong safety, quality, and food safety culture through role modeling and encouraging team participation.
Supervise daily production operations in line with schedules, ensuring accurate reporting and achievement of KPIs.
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining process stability, optimizing capacity, yield, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Lead problem-solving and root cause investigations, implementing corrective actions in coordination with the Production Manager.
Coordinate cross-functional production activities to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, including SAP records, shift logs, reports, and administrative requirements.

What Makes You the Right Fit.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in ERP systems; SAP experience highly desirable.
Solid understanding of GMP for food additives and pharmaceutical excipients.
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP).
