Why This Role Matters: This role ensures smooth and efficient daily distribution operations across the Europe East region. It supports reliable delivery performance and helps achieve agreed service levels for customers. It strengthens coordination between logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams. It also contributes to continuous improvement and operational excellence in supply chain processes.
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily distribution operations and coordinate logistics service providers
Monitor performance of transport and distribution services against agreed service levels
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth end-to-end flow of goods
Support execution of distribution strategies and operational standards in the market
Track, analyze, and report distribution performance metrics to improve efficiency
Contribute to local logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with distribution contracts, policies, and operational guidelines
What We’re looking for:
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, transportation, or supply chain operations
Fluency in English
Good understanding of supply chain operations and business orientation
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge and ability to interpret data effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work in a multicultural environment
