Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication, responsiveness, and quality execution.

Ensure all client materials are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with strategic messaging.
Manage day-to-day project coordination including timelines, deliverables, reporting, approvals, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Monitor media coverage, online conversations, and campaign performance, providing timely reporting and actionable insights.
Track budgets, expenses, and project codes while ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Identify risks, escalating issues and potential budget overruns proactively.
Support new business opportunities through research, proposal development, audits, and presentation preparation.
Contribute market intelligence, competitor insights, and emerging communications trends to support strategic planning.
Demonstrate strong understanding of clients’ business priorities, industry landscape, and reputational challenges.
Provide guidance and mentorship to interns and junior team members.
Contribute positively to team culture through collaboration, accountability, and knowledge-sharing.
Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and accountability in delivering high-quality work.
