1.QMS Establishment, Maintenance and Improvement: Establish, maintain, and continually improve the commercial quality management system to ensure compliance with applicable NMPA regulations and internal quality requirements. 2.QMS Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor quality management system process performance through data collection, trending, and analysis, and support actions to improve system effectiveness. 3.Management Review and Audit Coordination: Coordinate management review activities and support internal and external audits to ensure effective implementation and ongoing compliance of the commercial QMS. 4.Quality Improvement and CAPA Support: Lead or support system-level quality improvement initiatives and provide oversight for commercial-related CAPAs to ensure effective investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions. 5.Channel Partner Quality Management: Support channel partner quality management activities, including qualification, oversight, and audit coordination, to help ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements. 6.Training and Cross-Functional Support: Provide quality and regulatory training, including topics such as GSP and cold chain management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote compliance awareness and execution. 7.Other Assigned Work: Perform other duties and assignments as agreed with or assigned by the supervisor.
