

Provide administrative support to CFCM as requested.
Provide logistical support to CFCM as required.
Prepare, copy, collate, bind, file, and distribute documents as directed.
Assist in checking bankers’ expense receipts for accuracy.
Organise bankers’ expense receipts for processing according to Company policy.
Ensure compliance with Company policy for expense-related documentation.
Communicate with Mailroom for correspondence and delivery needs.
Manage printer supplies and stationery stock levels.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Office Management, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or office administration; Please refer to the below minimum years of experience table for reference.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work effectively
Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with staff at all levels (good interpersonal and communication skills)
Excellent command of both spoken and written English
