Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day office management functions like housekeeping, security, cafeteria, guest and visit management etc.
- Supporting employees on their travel requirements like air, car, VISA, FOREX, accommodation etc.
- Manage employee transport.
- Responsible for coordination with external service providers and vendor partners.
- Responsible for budget planning, invoice management and data maintenance.
- Oversee health and safety and related compliances from admin and facility perspective.
- Plan and executive CSR and employee engagement activities.
- Engage from time to time in facility upkeep / upgrade projects and initiatives.
- Work closely with global stakeholders for operations alignment and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in facility management with relevant experience in IT/ITES organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Strong knowledge of building services, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, manage projects, and deliver results independently.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and enthusiastic mindset; team-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
