Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst – Private Client, Endowments and Foundations Business is a strategic and execution-focused role within Brown Advisory. The role supports the development and delivery of short- and long-term business priorities, helping leadership translate strategic objectives into clear plans, decisions, and actions.
Sitting at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination, the role provides structure and momentum across a broad portfolio of initiatives, particularly where work spans multiple teams, offices, or leadership forums. The role helps ensure that important priorities are clearly framed, decision-ready, well-governed, and effectively executed.
The Senior Business Analyst acts as a trusted partner to senior leadership across the business, helping to connect the dots across functions, client segments, and offices, strengthen leadership capacity, and improve the quality and timeliness of strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Strategic planning and business support
Strategic project leadership and execution
Executive communications, decision support, and presentation development
Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement
Reporting, technology, and AI-enabled analysis
Qualifications
You Are

MD & DC Salary: $150-200k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long-term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
