To be successful as an “Infrastructure Engineer-Network operations”, you should have experience with:

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

• Solid network fundamentals and troubleshooting across routing, switching, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and edge services.
• Experience supporting operational processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Working knowledge of enterprise network technologies and operational tooling.
• Awareness of change, risk, and control requirements in regulated environments.
• Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) to support operational tasks and efficiency.

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

• Experience supporting monitoring, alerting, and service health improvements.
• Exposure to automated configuration, validation, or deployment tooling.
• Awareness of hybrid and cloud connectivity concepts.
• Experience working with vendor or third-party delivered services.
• Demonstrated progression toward independent ownership of assigned services or domains.
