RESPONSIBILITIES
Control of EOS documentation regarding training
Control of training dashboard and responsible of accomplishment of targets
Champion of lean administration in HR procedures
Multi skill talent pool
Training center standardization in the region
YOUR BACKGROUND
2 years experience in HR, lean management, training
Expertise in labor intensive companies
QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced excel skills
General HR and training knowledge
