We’re looking for a Head of Financial Strategy & Performance to drive the strategic and financial performance to ensure business growth.
This role works with the CFO, CEO and Executive team to:
build robust financial plans and forecasts
provide strong financial governance by monitoring business performance against targets
ensure the business delivers against its financial performance targets
Your role:
Partner effectively with the CEO, CFO and Executive team to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Angle’s overall strategic vision, ensuring these are supported by long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Build and maintain financial models (including three-way P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow models) to support the business strategy.
Translate performance and market data into actionable insights and provide perspectives on key business decisions, strategic initiatives, and investment opportunities, taking a supporting role in facilitating the decision-making process.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: provide strong financial governance, monitoring business performance against targets with effective tracking tools and provides strategic recommendations to the CFO and Executive team on actions to manage risk and drive opportunities.
Prepare financial analysis and insights to support ad-hoc decision making.
Budgeting and forecasting: Collaborate with the CFO to establish and lead robust and actionable budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes for the business.
Pricing: Partner with the CGO, CFO and CRO to identify and execute effective pricing strategies supported by robust modelling that drive profitable growth to achieve target ROE's.
What you bring:
Demonstrated experience in Financial Services and in a senior finance leadership capacity.
Experience in both large and SME organisations, and scale-up environments.
Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with Executive leaders and influence strategic decision making.
Highly commercial and pragmatic, with a strong financial acumen.
Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem- solving capability.
Extensive experience in powerpoint and knowledge of reporting tools such as PowerBI advantageous.
Experience in mergers and acquisition and investor relations.
Ability and appetite to work in both operational and strategic areas
Strong written and verbal communicator.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
