Adree is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support product development and platform automation initiatives by leveraging technical and analytical expertise to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions that enable efficient and automated software delivery. The role focuses on bridging development and operations through CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation practices to ensure seamless deployment, system reliability, and standardized delivery processes with full visibility and auditability.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather platform requirements and understand digital transformation and automation goals.
Deliver presentations and documentation that demonstrate CI/CD capabilities, including:
Agent pool management
Environment provisioning
Enterprise pipeline design
Support product and engineering teams by creating reusable pipeline templates and secure shared libraries in Azure DevOps Server.
Provide DevOps expertise across the product lifecycle to:
Enforce complex branching strategies
Optimize build runner performance
Maintain Linux-based runner systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security and QA) to:
Manage 3rd-party libraries
Integrate OpenText security tooling (Fortify SCA)
Embed automated testing automation frameworks
Stay current with industry trends in containerization, automation workflows, and infrastructure delivery mechanisms to position solutions effectively.
Conduct internal and client workshops to enable
GitOps delivery
and workload promotion using
Argo CD
to
OpenShift/Kubernetes
platforms.
Participate in Agile development and release processes by integrating monitoring hooks and driving production deployment patterns, including:
AppDynamics / BMC / Azure Monitoring
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience
6–10+ years of professional experience in:
DevOps
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Build & Release automation in enterprise environments
Proven, hands-on production delivery exposure (e.g., scaling live environments, not only sandbox/testing environments).
Experience in government, heavily regulated, or complex enterprise sectors is highly preferred.
