

The Business Process Analyst facilitates system and process redesign initiatives in the organization that promote operational excellence. This innovative candidate will display recognized leadership and sound organizational and analytical skills and will actively assist the executive team in completing assigned projects according to respective deadlines and expectations. The scope of activities for the business process analyst includes creating collaborative customer relationships, implementing lean design while developing business solutions with stakeholders, managing the integration of performance improvement projects in the organization and analyzing data obtained from numerous information systems and employ the judgment necessary to determine the accuracy and applicability of the conclusions.

Required Qualifications:
Req Bachelor's degree
Req 3-5 years Previous performance improvement experience and knowledge lean principles, tools and techniques.
Req 2 years or more Experience using myriad data sources to enhance and/or automate process workflows.
Req Strategic planning and critical thinking skills for problem solving and identification of solutions.
Req Demonstrate excellent customer service behavior.
Req Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Req Proficiency with MS Excel, familiarity with MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
Req Functional familiarity with SQL

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,680.00 - $158,230.00.
