1. Strong understanding of SDLC process and project methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
2. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
3. Ability to perform data analysis, derive field mappings and transformations, and design business solutions in software.
4. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously across different teams.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with team members and stakeholders in multiple locations.
6. Aptitude for learning new things and flexibility to adapt and follow guidelines.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science
2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in automation testing of complex applications
3. Minimum 3+ years of Experience of Financial Industry
4. Proficient at testing theories, test case design, testing procedures.
5. Proficient at Java language, Spring, Spring boot, Mybatis/Mybatis Plus technology frameworks, familiar with microservices is a plus.
6. Expert at Java automation testing tools and frameworks, such as TestNG/JUnit, Rest Assured / Httpclient, selenium/Play Wright/cypress or similar tools.
7. Priority is given to those who have independently built API/UI automation frameworks and have experience in developing API/UI automation with at least one scripting language(Java/Python/JavaScript).
8. Experience with SQL/RDBMS query skills is a must, querying using NoSQL(Elastic Search/Redis/MongoDB is a plus.
9. Experience with Selenium, Python, Java (Eclipse) , Test NG, BDD framework for test automation preferred.
10. Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools such as JIRA-XRAY, RTC etc.
11. Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
12. Understanding of Spring frameworks is a plus.
13. Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in code form is a plus.
14. Strong learning ability, good communication skills and self-management and problem-solving abilities, serious and responsible work attitude.
15. Flexible to work and overlap timing with the team based in US Pacific Zone .
