Position Details

Planning & Execution
Plan and run collection strategies based on data analysis of unpaid bills.
Standardize and automate the reminder process to maximize collection rates.

Operations & Guidance
Support collection activities by working with sales teams and outside lawyers.
Manage legal actions (e.g., lawsuits) and create internal guidelines.

Project Management
Lead projects with Sales, Legal, and Finance to improve credit and payment flows.

• Headcount: 5 total (1 Senior Manager, 1 Team Leader, 3 members)
• Age range: Mainly in their 20s–30s
• Hiring mix: New graduates vs. mid-career hires is about 50/50

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional work experience
• Skills in structuring and documenting work: able to interview frontline teams, identify issues, and translate them into manuals and workflows that anyone can execute
• Cross-functional coordination skills: experience aligning stakeholders across departments with differing interests and driving consensus as an organization
• Logical thinking and communication skills: able to articulate the need for rules and their risk-reduction impact based on objective evidence

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience driving enterprise sales initiatives or building sales operations
• Experience launching new businesses or standing up new operational/planning functions
• Hands-on experience in one of the following (or a similar) functions: Accounting, Legal, Business Operations/Management, Credit Management, Risk Management
• Implementation experience: led the end-to-end rollout of new internal policies or operating rules, from explaining them to the field through adoption and stabilization
