In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will analyze complex problems and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. As a Senior Associate, you will mentor junior team members, uphold professional standards, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the complexities of client engagements.
Responsibilities
Analyze intricate challenges and devise impactful solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance
Maintain professional standards throughout client engagements
Cultivate and strengthen meaningful relationships with clients
Navigate the complexities inherent in client projects
Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver thorough solutions
Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Proven experience with end-to-end D365 F&O implementations
Familiarity with Microsoft platform and coding standards
Understanding of software development lifecycles
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD implementation
Experience with Power Platform and Azure integration
Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
Collaborating effectively across diverse teams
Understanding of Microsoft’s coding and design practices
MB-300, MB-500 certifications
