Production Operator

Time served engineer/technician (typically apprenticed). Specific technical skills such as PLC control, programming (robots, multi-axis CNCs etc.), specialist fabrication etc. Operates more complex and more technically demanding processes. Focuses on daily and weekly activities. Performance of multiple activities specific in objective and content but require specific relatively complex technical skills and training to undertake.

JOB PURPOSE To make chemicals/catalysts products according to manufacturing procedures in a safety manner, and make sure all products meet spec; To run MVR system and run waste water biochemical treatment system, etc. Fully follow EHS policies and requirement. 按照制造程序安全地生产化学品和催化剂产品，确保全部产品符合技术规范；其他辅助设施的操作，例如 MVR 系统及废水的生 化处理系统的运行等。遵守公司的 EHS 政策和 要求。  

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Operate equipment (reactors, pumps, heating/cooling system, glove box, balance, agitator, scrubbers, scales, etc.) according to procedures/work instructions to make chemicals/catalysts products; To run MVR system and run waste water biochemical treatment system, etc.按照制造程序/工作指导书，使用机器和设备（反应釜/泵/加热冷却系统/手套箱/天平/搅拌机/喷淋塔/地磅秤等），来生产化学品/催化剂等产品; 其他辅助设施的操作，例如 MVR 系统及废水的生化处理系统的运行 等。
• Wear proper PPE, follow company policies, EHS policies and regulations, MSDS, etc. Complete the tasks assigned by shift leader; Monitor process parameters and keep records.佩戴合适的个人防护用品 PPE，遵守公司的政策，遵守 EHS 政策和规定/MSDS 等。完成生产领班安排的任务；监控工艺参数并做记录。
• Any abnormal found in production, report it to the shift leader immediately. Fill in “Work order for Repair” when needed.在生产过程中，如果发现任何异常情况，要及时报告给生产领班。需要时，填写“维修工单”。
• • Good housekeeping, keep worksite tide and clean.做好清洁工作，保持工作场地干净、整洁。
• • Actively take part in EHS/PSM activities.积极参加 EHS/PSM 活动。
• Other tasks designated by leader/supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or above高中或以上
• At least 3 years manufacturing experience至少三年制造工作经验
• Working experience in chemicals industry化学品制造方面的经验
• Have ISO9000 training 接受过ISO9000培训
• Operate/monitor multi production equipment 同时运行监控多个生产装置
• Can read simple English words 阅读简单的英语文件
• With safety awareness/MSDS awareness有安全意识和MSDS知识
• To get related certificate after training when job required培训后取得工作所需要的证书
• Report to leader/manager when abnormal happen 发生异常情况发生时及时向领班/经理汇报
