About the Team
The Flow Dealing Desk sits within IG’s Trading division and is responsible for managing risk across cryptocurrency, FX, and institutional products. The team operates as a market-making desk, managing client flow, optimising execution, and maintaining tight spreads across a broad range of instruments. You will join a collaborative, high-performing team of eight dealers who work closely with technology, quantitative analytics, and product teams across London, Melbourne, Frankfurt, Kraków, and Dubai.
Role Overview
As a Junior Dealer, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of IG’s flow trading book. You will monitor live positions, manage risk within defined parameters, and ensure high-quality pricing and execution for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about financial markets and eager to develop a career in trading within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
