Job Role: Marketing Assistant/Marketing Specialist
Compensation range: $2,000 - $2,500 AUD Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement or EOR
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9:00AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview:
The client is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant / Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple business units and property assets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and administrative marketing responsibilities and can confidently manage campaigns, content, digital channels, and marketing coordination in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, support lead generation efforts, and ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordination role.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience supporting real estate, property, construction, or professional services businesses.
Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
