

[What the role is]
The Senior Executive / Deputy Manager (Mentoring & Integrated Care Management)/ Student Development & Recognition partners closely with the three Colleges and HQ Divisions to strengthen student development through the design, administration, and enhancement of mentoring frameworks. The role ensures that mentoring remains a cornerstone of student growth and recognition, fostering meaningful connections between students, mentors, and the wider institution. This role also support holistic social work support to ITE students-at-risk and will be part of the professional team, working with students and their families, community partners and relevant stakeholders within ITE with objectives such as enabling students to complete their studies, facilitating family work with relevant agencies and accessing resources. He or she reports directly to an Assistant Director.
[What you will be working on]
Manage the administration of student mentoring and Integrated Care management programmes
Streamline processes to ensure consistency across pure mentoring and mixed-support models
Maintain accurate records and data dashboards for reporting to management.
Curate and refine mentoring frameworks to address target groups (e.g., at-risk, SEN, leadership-focused, award-linked)
Identify gaps and propose new initiatives, including employment-related mentoring and external partnerships
Facilitate feedback loops with mentors, mentees, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure impact, and recommend enhancements
Liaise with internal departments and College Services to strengthen mentoring programmes
Overseeing the provision of student services in ITE, including student benefits and student care services such as initiatives to provide additional support to students-at-risk.
Liaise with Colleges in documenting, tracking, monitoring and reporting (including collation of relevant data) of students’ cases.
Collaborating with relevant stakeholders (e.g. departments within ITE, government and community agencies) to provide holistic care and support to students.
Processing and managing student records in ITE’s student administration system.
Other student areas to be assigned include policies and programmes related to student development and recognition.
