What Will You Do
Leading lean initiatives across the cell.
Support the operations for analyzing quality defects and drive Root Cause Analysis.
Job Cost Review (JCR): Hours data analysis, and proposing recommended actions.
Leading Continuous Improvement projects
Supporting Engineering Team on Work Instructions, preparing Visual Aids, quality form and Supporting Engineering projects.
Leading 5S initiatives.
Tracking and maintaining productivity initiatives.
Perform and participate Kaizen projects
Perform detailed problem solving
What Do You Bring
Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
Either fresh grad or max 1 year of experience
Active listener with good communication skills in English.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
How To Stand Out
Bachelor Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
good understanding of quality and/or EHS systems.
Demonstrated EHS and Quality focus.
