Salary: £30,818 + commission (OTE £50,000+)

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you’ll take inbound calls from customers and use a sales-through-service approach to recommend and sell extended warranty products.
You’ll:
Handle inbound customer enquiries
Identify needs and recommend the right products
Close sales while delivering excellent service
Work to achievable sales targets
Ensure FCA compliance at all times
£29,993 basic salary
Realistic OTE £50,000+
37.5 hours per week (set shifts)
Up to 6% pension contribution

Sales experience (call centre or phone-based preferred)

Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a regulated environment (FCA experience is a bonus)
