Position Overview:
The Director of Marketing provides strategic leadership for Catamount’s marketing function, with responsibility for brand stewardship, marketing standards, pursuit and proposal support, team capability, marketing operations, and continuous improvement. This role drives excellence,
consistency, and alignment across Catamount’s client-facing materials, pursuit deliverables, and marketing systems, supporting Catamount’s One Company approach and long-term growth strategy.
Partnering with enterprise leadership, the Director leads, develops, and elevates a distributed marketing team; establishes scalable standards and operational practices; strengthens CRM and project data management; and identifies opportunities for modernization and continuous improvement that keep the function evolving alongside the company’s growth and the changing demands of the AEC industry.
