Requisitos:
Obrigatório bacharelado em Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica ou área relacionada); Formação técnica ou certificação em Manutenção Mecânica, Elétrica ou Industrial é um diferencial.
Experiência robusta em manutenção industrial, com experiência em função de supervisão ou liderança em ambiente de fabricação.
Sólido conhecimento de sistemas elétricos industriais (CLPs, controles de motores, sensores), sistemas mecânicos (hidráulica, pneumática, equipamentos rotativos) e automação.
Capacidade comprovada de liderar, motivar e desenvolver uma equipe técnica.
Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e análise, com abordagem proativa para manutenção.
Proficiência em software SAP/CMMS (Sistema de Gerenciamento de Manutenção Computadorizado).
Sólido conhecimento das normas de segurança e melhores práticas em ambiente industrial.
Capacidade de ler e interpretar desenhos técnicos, diagramas e manuais.
Inglês avançado.
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários flexíveis, incluindo fins de semana ou noites, quando necessário, para atender às necessidades da produção.
