ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize , social media, and professional networks to find passive and active candidates.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process, from defining requirements with hiring managers to onboarding.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive, engaging experience for all applicants, reflecting company values.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as a top employer to attract high-quality talent.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and analyze recruitment metrics.
Interviewing: Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiter, or similar HR role.
Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
