Position Overview
Prolia Senior Product & Partnership Strategy Manager plays a critical role in shaping and sustaining Prolia’s market position by defining strategic direction and ensuring strong execution across the product lifecycle. This role owns brand strategy and performance, drives strategic decision-making, and leads cross-functional collaboration and partnerships to deliver business impact and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Education: Biology/pharmacy related degree or experience from similar positions preferred
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of total experience, including at least 3-5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proven leadership and exceptional project management skills to drive complex initiatives.
Proficient in English (written and verbal) to ensure effective communication with global teams.
Advanced financial and analytical acumen for efficient budget management and performance tracking.
