

Job Title: Real Estate Management Manager

The Capital Projects Manager is part of a wider Real Estate CoE (RE CoE) organization, reporting directly to the Regional Capital Projects Lead. The Capital Projects Manager is the senior technical expert for the real estate capital projects management function within their Market or region. This includes oversight of multiple projects including interior fit-outs (relocation and renovations), infrastructure enhancements, and more intensive support for the execution of larger and more complex projects in the Market or region. They will provide governance and direction for Workplace Capital Projects professionals in the Market, who are responsible locally for a programme of projects to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts cross the region.
Capital Project Management
Lead the delivery of UKI and MEA capital projects, manage teams, and develop strategies for Global Real Estate in collaboration with leaders from Workplace, GP&S, Brand, Procurement, Legal, and Technology at the market level.
Collaboration
Partner with the EMEA Market Capital Projects Lead and Market Leadership partners to determine the program horizon in the evolving real estate and workplace needs.
Design Advocacy
Lead design excellence within cost and time constraints, setting Accenture governance and standards.
Strategic Development
Apply the Global Capital Projects strategy and manage special initiatives and studies, define strategies for the growth of the company.
Project Governance
For UKI and MEA Market Capital Projects team, provide oversight to ensure projects align with company goals, reports on financial status, and help manage risks and timelines. Lead teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet global standards for successful outcomes.
Vendor Management
Drive local vendor identification and selection process in conjunction with Procurement teams.
Internal Coordination & Management
Establish the structure for project delivery and serve as a point of escalation for key decisions, issues, change control & risks management.
Project Governance
Ensure MU projects comply with local norms, codes, and global guidelines, tracking schedule, budget, and risk.
Accountable for REIP Capital Budget
Govern financial analysis, budgeting, tracking, and risk management for regional projects. Partner with Finance and Real Estate leadership to forecast REIP Capital requirements.
Team Leadership
Review MU real estate capital, and operating budget estimates (both accurate costs and timing of expenditure) for RE leadership approval during the capital planning process.
Review and vet detailed capital projects cost estimates, with supporting relevant local market cost benchmarks
Provide regular and timely regional project updates to the Capital Projects PMO on project pipeline, time-line, budget status and risk status/mitigations
Provide governance and guidance for regional Capital Projects teams by coaching, training and mentoring staff
3. Professional & Technical Skills:
7+ years’ experience in providing complex project management solutions for corporate real estate clients with a strong focus on corporate interiors and office fitouts.
Understands how to review, analyse, interpret and present real estate financial analysis and scenario planning enable business and CRE leadership to make informed decisions
Demonstrable experience of managing, at any one point in time, multiple projects and teams, handling conflicting priorities with aggregate budgets of ~ $10M
Experience working across, managing and leading remote teams across different countries in growth markets, both corporate and delivery style locations, is a key advantage
Experience and knowledge of alternate procurement routes to deliver design and build outs i.e., Single stage lump sum, Design and Build, Design Build Built
Significant experience of preparing and managing capital budgets for real estate/project build outs
Significant experience of preparing, reviewing and implementing project timelines for real/estate/project build outs based on different procurement routes
Strong skills in the following areas: business acumen, stakeholder engagement and management; influencing skills, people management, financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, relationship building, time management, negotiation skills, planning and organizing, written and verbal communications
Proven experience working with Architects, MEP, and all other sub consultants that make up the overall design team
Proven experience working with General Contractors, and working knowledge of all sub trades that work within the build portfolio
Experience working with LEED certified construction projects
Working experience with technology and security designs and implementation
Working experience working with Furniture dealers and manufacturers
Must be willing and able to travel within the Region and frequent travel expected in calendar year
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and MS Project.
AI capabilities and expertise would be valuable, applied to Office Fit-out and Project Management.
