岗位职责：
使用Go语言开发和维护高性能、稳定的IM后端服务；
基于XMPP协议构建即时通讯核心功能，支持业务需求；
与客户端、架构、DevOps等团队协作，推动架构优化与演进；
在分布式系统中，设计并实现可靠的安全机制，保障数据与通信安全；
进行故障诊断与问题排查。
任职要求：
精通 Go 语言，深入理解 goroutine、channel、GMP 调度模型及内存管理机制；
有高并发、低延迟后端服务开发经验，对性能优化有实际经验；
熟悉XMPP协议或有IM系统开发经验者优先；
五年以上的编程经验，两年以上的服务器端程序开发经验；
熟悉网络编程，熟悉分布式并发编程；
熟悉DynamoDB, Redis, Micro Service, Erlang, NodeJS优先；
具备良好的英语写作和沟通能力，能够和海外团队协同工作；
具备良好的抗压能力，积极主动，责任心强。
