Support the Team Head in shaping Broker and Agency onboarding, training, and development strategies aligned with company direction.
Design and deliver training programs to strengthen product knowledge, professionalism, and production capability across channels.
Conduct training needs analysis and translate insights into targeted capability‑building initiatives.
Implement and manage programs such as class‑in‑charge, theme‑based training clinics, and lead management initiatives.
Support monitoring of channel performance against production and activity requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance tracking, and stakeholder input, and recommend improvements.
Develop and maintain training materials, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
Drive communication and engagement initiatives to activate and empower channels to become top‑tier advisors.
Monitor and enhance the learning management system (LMS) to improve efficiency, usability, and data accuracy.
Job Requirements
University degree with 8+ years’ experience in training, L&D, or product communication.
5+ years’ management experience (people and/or project) within the life insurance industry.
Proven track record in developing and executing training strategies across agency and broker channels.
Strong understanding of agency culture, operations, and distribution dynamics.
Professional qualifications such as FLMI, CFP, FChFP, IIQE, or equivalent preferred.
Solid knowledge of IIQE Papers 1–5, Life & Health insurance, Financial Planning, Investments, and MPF.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning systems; able to leverage emerging learning technologies.
Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.
