About the role:
As Delivery Manager for the ServiceNow platform, you will lead the delivery, development, and ongoing optimisation of ServiceNow across SLC. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure enhancements and services align with organisational priorities, while supporting the wider roadmap and driving improvements through automation and effective governance.
The role combines delivery management with technical oversight — coordinating development activity, managing workload and sprint ceremonies, monitoring performance, and ensuring the platform remains reliable, efficient, and continuously improving.
What you bring:
Demonstrable hands‑on experience with core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/PPM and CMDB.
The ability to define and maintain platform standards, governance approaches, and a roadmap aligned to business needs.
Demonstrable understanding of ITIL practices and how they are applied within ServiceNow.
Experience managing demand pipelines, prioritisation processes, and delivery backlogs.
The ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, business owners, and technical teams to shape and deliver requirements.
Knowledge of configurations, workflows, integrations, and data structures, with the ability to oversee development quality.
Demonstrable experience managing third‑party vendors or ServiceNow delivery partners.
