Job Summary
This role represents Signify's lighting offer to selected key accounts and is responsible for building and fostering relationships within these accounts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Develops strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities. Coordinates with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Key Areas of Responsibility
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Key Account Manager, Professional Projects in Bangkok, Thailand with Signify.
• Delivers sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives within the assigned accounts or territory. Develops account-specific sales and strategic plans aligned with business goals.
• Has an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy and defines an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Signify as well as operationally managing the execution.
• Establishes and nurtures professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts to position Signify as a trusted partner and negotiates contracts to maximize profitability.
Critical Experiences
5+ years of proven track record in key account management and proven track record of achieving and exceeding target.
Experience in selling complex offerings consisting of multiple building blocks – e.g., diverse hardware, software, servicing
Key account planning skills and focus on build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholder
Commercial listening and questioning skills, ability to win the seat at the right customer table
Skilled in one-to-many negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trust-based relationships
Self-Motivated, result-driven and CAN DO ATTITUDE.
Fluent in Thai language
